**Position objective**:
Determine in an optimal way material, equipment, methods and the standard time of operations for new products.
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Engineering degree
- Recently graduated or starting their professional development
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- MS office proficient

**Main responsibilities**:

- Comply with the internal work regulations
- Define tools and machinery
- Review the manufacturability of the new product
- suggest changes if necessary
- Keep the system updated and correct
- Coordinate samples.
- Attend new product introduction meetings to transfer necessary information
