The receptionists will manage high volumes of incoming calls, transfer them to the appropriate personnel, and support general administrative tasks. They will also play a unique role in observing communication patterns, identifying trends, and providing valuable insights to managers—such as alerting them if a specific employee is not regularly updating their clients.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Phone Management**: Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with a friendly and professional demeanor; efficiently transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.- **Administrative Support**: Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, record-keeping, and basic document preparation.- **Insight Generation**: Observe and analyze call patterns to identify potential areas for improvement (e.G., if a specific attorney consistently receives client follow-up calls).
