To do so, we rely on a dynamic, culturally diverse group of employees, working in more than 100 countries in a variety of challenging roles***Responsibilities**:We are currently looking for a Receptionist in our Monterrey Office located in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.This person will perform various receptionist duties, operate the phone system and handle other Administrative duties as requested and assigned. The major responsibility is to ensure that the Front Desk activities operate efficiently, courteously and professionally; as well as training proficient, knowledgeable and courteous backups.Some other responsibiities include the creation and maintenance of records and reports, office supply ordering, creating purchase orders as well as getting price quotes and researching vendors and products.- This is a 3 month temporary position.**Qualifications**:- Effective speaking communication and writing skills in English and Spanish- Excellent interpersonal and telephone skills- Good verbal and written communication skills.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.- Good organizational skills, problem solver, proactive, self-starter.- Excellent work ethic
