Onsite: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm**Salary**: $18,000 pesos MXN monthly before taxesAbout the JobUSA Call Center Experience is a big plus.Responsibilities include:- Answer telephone and respond to inquiry, direct caller to appropriate personnel or initiate a triage message for response by medical personnel.- Record accurate and complete messages when necessary- Patient registration in medical records- Schedule and update patient appointments, radiology, and diagnostic tests in accordance with protocol- Ensure maintenance of patient confidentiality- Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in the performance of work assignments and duties- Accurately document patient information in the EMR system- Verify patient insurance information and update billing staff of any changes- Assist with medical records requests- Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.We are looking for an individual who is proficient with computers, has strong organizational skills, and has exceptional phone skills with native English speakers.
