POSITION OBJECTIVE
In the position of receptionist, be always available to support the different activities that take place in the area, such as: follow-up to visitors, suppliers, new employees.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Elaborate of badges for new employees and / or replacement of the same
Registration in the access control system of new employees and / or modifications of the accesses of the employees as required
Manage the department's purchase orders
In coordination with the security department, will follow visitors, contractors and official visits
Prepare reports of employee entry records as required
Register new employees in the access control system
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Purchases orders
Security reports
Microsoft tools
Access control, Basic knowledge
Implement security reports
**Education**:
Technical school
**Security certification**: DSE, CPO, CPP (Desire) PSP (desire)
**Experience**:
Min. 2-years experience as a receptionist.
**Language**:
Fluent in Spanish written and verbal.
**English written and verbal (Min**: 80%).
Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
