**Your Role**:
As the Administrative Assistant, you'll be the mastermind behind keeping everything running smoothly in our office.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a tidy and organized office.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth communication flow.
**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written communication).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office 365 and Asana.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Personal and professional goals drive you, and you're eager to achieve greatness together.

- You are proficient in English and Spanish and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- You live in Playa del Carmen.
