The Receptionist and Office Support will be responsible for general administrative activities and for front of house services. The holder of this position will oversee the greeting of visitors, dealing with internal and external telephone calls and any administrative tasks required, in an efficient and effective manner. The goal is to create the right first impression of the company as soon as someone makes contact with reception and to provide organization and support to the business.

- Your Responsibilities & Tasks**:
- Responsible for national productive purchases
- Communicate directly with travel agencies
- Perform general office duties, including filing, answering incoming calls, greeting visitors and ordering office supplies
- Create a welcoming environment in the visitors' reception area and maintain a tidy and comfortable working environment of office
- Deal efficiently and effectively with incoming calls
- Act as a liaison between employees and the Human Resources team
- Procure and administrate stationery and office supplies
- Execute key clerical activities including recording of receipts for raw material purchases, and assisting in forwarding invoices to the Finance Department
- Organize key office functions and events as needed to support the needs of the business
- Administrate and book external couriers and local transport services
- Administrate information display in the reception area
**What will convince us
- Qualification & Skills**:
- Completed bachelor's degree or Licenciature in economic or administrative area/Technical administrative degree
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or function is beneficial
- Strong organization and effective communication skills across all levels and functions
- Experience managing credit card invoices
- Customer service orientation with attention to detail
- Intermediate English, additional language is desirable
