**SIEMENS - ITESA****Solicita**:**Receptionist - PERMANENTE****Descripción y Requisitos****Receptionist****Functions**:- Collect and capture data for plant operations reports.- Follow-up to purchase orders, support in facilities, services, and MRO.- Support with the translation of any assigned document to facilitate internal and external communication.- Coordinate meeting rooms, Prepare and Coordinate coffee break for Staff meetings.- Support Staff members and HR department in different activities or requirements- Receive all visitors in a polite manner, helping to channel them with the corresponding contact.- Respond politely to all calls received, with the purpose of facilitating internal and external communication, in a way that helps to promote a good image of the company.- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
**Requirements**:- Minimum education required: Communications or Graphic design.- At least 6 months of experience in similar positions- Excellent verbal and written communication- Bilingual 90% (English Spanish)- Customer service oriented- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)- SAP knowledge (preferred)- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization & creative.
