**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Answer heavy multiple-line phones
- Must have good follow through on tasks and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Maintain a presentable reception area
- Take accurate messages
- Maintain a visitor log for security
- File correspondence
- Handle communications, including coordination of meeting schedules, appointments, and visitor scheduling
- Assist with personal tasks including appointments, travel arrangements, and personal organization
- Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations and performing the task at hand with outstanding integrity and pride

- Phone numbers to the contact points in the branch
- Service Providers contact in the branch
**SKILLS**:
- Proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite with strong Word and Excel skills, and ability to learn new software and technologies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and a proven history of providing exceptional customer service at all levels
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain utmost discretion in working with sensitive and confidential information
