The HR Operations Coordinator is responsible for the timely, accurate entering of people and system data into the Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Oracle Cloud HCM. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data through audits and data analysis. Also, this position will be required to create and update standard operating procedures for data maintenance. This position works closely with the HR and GTS departments to address any data issues within the system.**Responsibilities**:Assists in HRMS testing of new upgrades, patches and enhancementsWorks closely with HR and GTS to address data issuesCreates and updates standard operating procedures for data entryHelps in the distribution of recurring reportsFiles HRIS documentationWorks closely with all stakeholders from other functions that affect HRMS (e.G.
