**Job Summary**:Must be experienced in conducting successful recruitment procedures and with previous experience in other HR positions with Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices Experience in Employer Branding methods.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and analytically driven Comfortable multitasking and excellent time-management skills.
**Responsibilities**:Designing and implementing overall recruiting strategy, responsible for Acquistion methods and strategies.- Identify areas of recruiting strategies that need improvement and Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives.Supervises direct labor hiring and all related to it.Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires and Prepare progress reports on a X basisUpdate/creates local procedures for hiring process, is responsable for the training of the final user.Main responsable of keeping data accurate on HCM/ SuccessFactors.- Provides training about main HR systems (SuccessFactors, HCM, Manager Self Service)- Main responsable for KPIs about hiring and systems- Responsible for analyzing and maintaining attrition rate,internal promotions,All activities related to the job.
**Required Skills and Experience**Bilingual- Bachelor's Degree- Minimum 3 years of experience in the position.
