Your day will center around talent identification, screening, and engagement of talent aligned to manufacturing production in our facilities. We offer autonomy with accountability as a key member of the local HR team.What you'll be doing:Focus on proactively searching candidate databases for and connecting with potential talent.Screen job applications to evaluate candidate suitability and effectively engage and generate employee referrals.Help drive community outreach, ensuring we're tapping into talent from our local markets, including schools, organizations, community groups, or local associations.Take an active role in promoting Baxter as a great place to work, understanding what is needed to be successful in this environment and speaking authentically about what it's like to work with us.Keep up to date with market insights to identify standard methodologies and market trends to guide the recruiting experience and advise your collaborators.What you'll bring:Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting—manufacturing, healthcare, or pharma is a plus
