**Summary/Objective**

**Responsibilities**
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
- Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews.
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
- Proactively and regularly communicated the status of each search to the hiring manager.

**Supervisory Responsibility**
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
**Work Environment**
This job operates in a professional office environment.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones.
**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work**
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
However, agility and quick response time to customer and employee request may be required at all times to include evening and weekends.
**Travel**
No travel is expected for this position.
**Required Education and Experience**
- Associates Degree
- Two years of experience in recruiting or sales

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Sales
- One to two years of human resources experience; one to two years of human resources recruiting experience preferred
