We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.

Ultimately, it will create a strong pipeline for technical talent and help recruit and retain qualified employees for IT positions.

**Responsibilities**:
Write and post descriptions for technical positions
Analyze specialized skills and qualifications to select IT CVs
Conduct pre-screening calls to discuss applicant skills
Coordinate with IT team leaders to anticipate department goals and hiring needs
Participate in conferences and technical meetings to network with IT professionals
Prepare letters for job offers
Onboard new employees
Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work
Conduct job and task analyzes to document job duties and requirements
Keep abreast of new technology trends and products
**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter in TELECOM (ESSENTIAL)
Hands-on experience with various interview formats (eg, telephone, video conference, and structured)
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT positions
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CV databases
Excellent knowledge of search techniques (eg, social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment law
Degree in Human Resource Management, IT or a related field
