**Openwave Computing****Bilingual Technical Recruiter****Description**:**Responsibilities**- To receive, understand, and analyze the client requirements from Salespeople at NY office.- To plan and prioritize according to the importance and urgency of the requirements after discussing with Salespeople.- Write and post technical job descriptions- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities- Coordinate with IT Sales to forecast hiring needs and goals.- Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals- Help the Sales people with interview coordination, salary negotiation, and onboarding.- Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and markets.**Requirements**:- 1-2 years of Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.G. phone, Zoom, and structured)- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and job boards (e.G., social media recruiting and Boolean search, Monster, Career Builder, ZipRecruiter, Dice, LinkedIn, and others)- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or IT or any other equivalent degree.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $8,088.12 - $22,117.31 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Opción a contrato indefinidoTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Experiência:- Reclutamiento: 2 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
