Reconciliation Team Lead - C09

**Responsibilities**:- Typically responsible for identifying and resolving basic / routine problems with broader departmental impact with established procedures- Determines hiring to ensure adequate staffing Evaluates subordinates' performance and makes recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, etc.- Recommends new work procedures.- Applies working knowledge of technical and professional principles and concepts and in depth knowledge of team goals. Limited but direct impact by ensuring the quality of tasks/services provided.- Good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.- Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity- Leads a small team**Qualifications**:- Basic level experience in a related role (combination of education/experience).**Education**:- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experienceThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
