JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose of Role- The main objective of this role is to offer the booking reconfirmation service to limited keys clients by proactively contacting hotels/suppliers to reconfirm their bookings in order to prevent book out and relocation cases- This role will involve adhering to set service targets and KPIs and delivering work of high quality with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control.- Support the development of a high-performing service culture.
- Accountabilities & Weighting- Reconfirming the bookings for selective clients.-
- Sending the notification to clients /Global Supplier Operations team in case of booking rejection/denial according to the process agreed.-
- Be flexible and provide support to all members of the Reconfirmation or other functions as and when required.-
- Monitor and develop own performances on regular basis, including pending case following up.-
- Participate in the meeting to review business, operations, and performances with Supervisor+- Challenges- Work with short deadlines (last-minute bookings)-
- Sense of urgency and be able to prioritize when working with online tools and webmail.-
- Consistently meeting deadlines within service level agreements with significantly high attention to detail.-
- Repetitive actions may provoke a lack of interest in a short time-
- Some situations may require exploring alternative solutions.-
