**Record to Report Line Leader****About the job**RHI Magnesita is looking for a Record to Report Line Leader in Ramos Arizpe, MX!The Record to Report Line Leader will be responsible for the Record To Report area which will be responsible for Tax, General Ledger and Treasury and Cash Management for NAM and SAMOB(South America without Brazil)This hybrid will report to the Head of Global Shared Services NAM and will travel both domestically and internationally with about 10% travel time**The Record to Report Line Leader's tasks include**:- Regional Stakeholder support, communication, and alignment- Advance Reports- Regional Key User- KPI management- Manage team, (direct 11, indirect 10)- Process governance, and improvement- Audit support for all regions under scope- Results driven**About you**Do you have:- Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance- MBA is preferable- 5+ Years' Experience in Tax, General Ledger, Customer Service or related is required- Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams)- Excellent knowledge in English is required- SAP is a plus- Tax knowledge(VAT,CIT, Deferred)- Financial statements- Audit Support- Good understanding of business processes- Strong experience in the function and leadership role desirable- Sense of urgency and analytical skills that can provide forward-thinking solutions with a holistic view Positive mindset, and strong decision-making ability**We Offer**:- **Amazing benefits!
