**Education, Competencies & Skills**:
Degree in computer science, information management, or a related field is required
Extensive knowledge of Windows OS (Server & Desktop) technology, SharePoint, and Excel is required.
You should be familiar with MS Teams and M365 to support the integration of the content management system with MS Teams and Share Point.
**Objectives/ Purpose**:
**Key responsibilities may include**:
- Developing a data classification framework that aligns with the organization's data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to defile data classification rules, criteria, and procedures.
- Designing and implementing data classification algorithms and procedures that automate the classification process.
- Conducting presentations on the proper use and management of the data classification system.
- Developing and maintaining documentation on the data classification system and its processes.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the data classification system and making recommendations for improvements as needed.
**Competencies/ Tools**:
- Strong understanding of information management principles, as well as experience with data classification tools and techniques.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Should be able to work effectively with stakeholders across different departments and levels of the organization.
- Experience with Elasticsearch or other search engines to show metrics for scan/classification process and query specific data points for in-depth analysis.
- Knowledge of Data Dictionary tools to store various term dictionaries used to classify content.
