**Job Description: Call Center Recovery Specialist****Main Functions**:As a Call Center Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively contacting customers with overdue accounts to recover outstanding balances. Your primary focus will be on facilitating payment by phone while ensuring accuracy in consumers' contact information.**Key Responsibilities**:- Initiate contact with customers who have overdue accounts to discuss outstanding balances.- Engage in effective communication to negotiate and secure payment arrangements.- Facilitate payments over the phone and accurately record transaction details.- Review and verify the accuracy of consumers' contact information to maintain updated records.- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance.**Requirements**:- **Experience**: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a positive customer experience.- **Attention to Detail**: Ensure accuracy in recording payment transactions and verifying contact information.- **Adaptability**: Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced call center environment.- **Team Player**: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and enhance overall performance.- **Empathy**: Demonstrate empathy and professionalism when dealing with customers in challenging situations.**Working Conditions**:This position is on-site, requiring your physical presence in the call center.Join our team and play a vital role in assisting customers with overdue accounts while contributing to the overall success of our organization.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,600.00 - $19,200.00 al mesPrestaciones:- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadExperiência:- Servicio al cliente: 1 año (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
