Job Description Play your part in our team successThe Recruiter Assistant ensures the operation of all areas by following recruitment procedures and the efficient management through metrics, monitoring, support, and leadership.
This role has a deep commitment to support the operations area with a sense of urgency, safety, and quality to bring the most possible children into play, always with a great attitude. As a customer service area, we also need to be responsible and focused to deliver on time new installations, so we can keep growing and take part in the LEGO story.
Core Responsibilities Ensure full cycle recruitmentSupport with onboarding of new hires, paperwork, and filesAlign hiring strategy to longer-term workforce plansPromote the organization's image as a desirable place to workFollow up with other areas for the success of the operationsDo you have what it takes? Strategic: 2 years+ experience in recruitment with manufacturing rolesSelf-oriented: able to manage and understand KPIs to make decisions in the strategyLearning on the fly: must show flexibility in the way of workingProactive: able to demonstrate initiative that led in the pastLanguage: Advanced English with good communication skills both verbally and in writing, comfortable in presenting complex ideasUse of Microsoft Office (Excel a must), ERP (Workday preferable)Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
