Worldwide Technology, Inc. has an opportunity available for a Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition team located in our Heredia, Belene, Costa Rica office.
This position will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent for any/all organizations within the company.
Responsibilities Assisting with the company's overall recruiting efforts, which include on-site recruiting, internet recruiting, working with temporary agencies, and employee referrals.Coordinating and conducting full life-cycle recruitment for assigned areas of the business.Recruiting for WWT's core business areas which include sales, management, engineering, data center, project management, operations, supply chain, and other positions throughout the company.Posting jobs online, screening, organizing, and tracking all applications and resumes within the company's applicant tracking tool.Coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers.Coordinating with temporary agencies to staff open positions, when applicable.Understanding company policies and benefits.Reviewing and pre-qualifying potential candidates.Posting jobs on various external job boards, social media, user groups, universities, etc.Proactively researching and evaluating new sourcing ideas and methods to create a diverse innovative sourcing strategy.Structuring processes and policies that promote diversity and support all social groups.Developing diverse candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.Assisting with building hiring practices within their areas that provide equal opportunities to all candidates, internal and external.Developing a network of business and candidate contacts.Establishing and maintaining relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.Effectively communicating with management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs.Miscellaneous projects as needed.___________________________________________
Qualifications A minimum of 2-7 years' experience in Recruiting.Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is preferred.Expertise in the core principles, practices, and procedures related to recruiting and staffing.Experience with contract negotiations.Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis.Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
