**Position Summary**
Responsible for the administrative life cycle of collaborators, focusing on: Manage operational recruitment; Manage the information and payroll of employees and their changes through the use of Human Resources systems (IDSE, People Soft) adhering to legal obligations, according to Parker procedures and ethics, to contribute to the employee's well-being and achieve organizational goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Recruitment, selection and hiring of direct personnel (production operators)
- Integration of new employee files (collect documentation) and complete the entry check list (contracts, agreements, badges, etc.)
- Coordination of induction and follow-up of employees during the period in the Training Program and Coaches program
- Administration of payroll cards (according to bank), generate report, send the report for card request, capture the accounts and deliver to employees)
- Control of Evaluations of 30 days, 3 months (preparation, delivery and recovery)
- Responsible for the transmission of IMSS movements in IDSE (additions, deletions, salary modifications)
- Responsible for the employee resignation process (attention, notification to supervisor, filling out the check list, deleting account, discounts, generation of termination, etc.)
- Support the execution of motivational programs and events, social, cultural, recreational, sports activities (according to the annual calendar of events), employee retention programs
- Support for organizational communication (newsletters, boards, suggestion box, communication meetings, videos)
- Administration of employee services (letters, badges, transportation, dining room, lockers, general attention, uniforms, etc.)
- Disability Management (capture, adjustments for untimely captures, notification to supervisor, follow-up with the employee, file, etc.)
- Administration of savings Fund loans
- Administration of movements of government institutions (Infonavit, etc.)
- Person in charge of the employee file

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplinee.
- 1 years of experience with Human Resources administration processes.
- 1 year of experience recruiting operational positions
- English intermediate level.
