GC Realty & Development, LLC is looking for a motivated self-starter who can own and lead our recruiting process.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:
- At least 2 years of experience as a full-time Recruiter.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1 or C2 level).
- Modern equipment (computer with i3 Processor or higher, 8GB RAM, webcam, dual monitor, and microphone) and reliable high-speed internet.
- A quiet, dedicated workspace and full-time availability (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm CST).
**What You'll Do**:
- ** Own the Recruitment Process**: From posting jobs to onboarding new hires, you'll use cutting-edge strategies to attract top talent.
- ** Build Relationships**: Handle employee relations, exit interviews, and manage HR files and communications.
- ** Enhance Company Culture**: Implement initiatives for employee appreciation, manage policy changes, and track recruitment metrics to improve our processes.
