The Talent Acquisition Recruiter must be able to work independently and execute talent acquisition duties while effectively partnering with professionals at all levels.
You will need excellent communication, professional interpersonal skills, and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment.
You will need strong analytics skills and the ability to translate your clients' business plans and goals into a comprehensive talent acquisition plan, including internal and external talent, needed to achieve results.
This Talent Acquisition Recruiter will partner with stakeholders and work remotely and will support business leaders in th e ir assigned region.
**Full-Cycle Recruitment**: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, leading strategic kick-off call to understand hiring needs, from defining job requirements to closing offers.
**Employer Branding**: Promote our company's brand and culture to attract top talent.
**Data-Driven Approach**: Use metrics to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and optimize recruitment processes.
**Stakeholder Management**: Conduct/review talent supply & demand analysis and advise hiring managers and HR partners on talent marketplace dynamics (e.G., talent availability & salary data) Establish clear roles and responsibilities, and communicate regularly and effectively with all parties.
Schedule and lead recurring check-ins with hiring manager.
**Basic Qualifications**:**Bachelor s Degree**: degree or equivalent experience in a talent acquisition or applicable HR experience within a global organization.
**Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in general recruiting or a similar role as part of a complex global organization, RPO or equivalent experience.
Familiarity with needed labor and employment laws for countries where recruiting.
**Sourcing Skills**: Proficiency in using LinkedIn, AI enabled sourcing, latest search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
**Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in languages and culture of regions where recruiting talent.
**Preferred Qualifications**:**Collaboration**: A strong collaborative style with ability to deliver results and build relationships across multiple businesses, locations, organizational levels, and functions.
**Business System/Standard Processes**: Experience with s tandard process es to drive results.
