Overview:STATEMENT:Identify and attract the best talent to the company according to the position requirements, using the provided tools by the organization and head-hunting agencies previously authorized. This role is focused on the recruitment of more specialized profiles, but it will support on the recruitment of other types of positions based on the demand of the business. This position interacts directly with Hiring Managers and HR teams and will interact with other levels of the organization.DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify the best recruitment platforms for the different open positions according to level, profile, and/or position requirements.Deliver appropriate Information technology recruitment, based on an understanding of recruitment methods, market, and concepts.Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.Coordinate with the HR Generalist and the Hiring Manager the profile requirements, as well as the recruitment time and the interviewers for the process.Support employer branding activities: attend career fairs, visit universities, etc.Support in the improvement of the recruitment process.Ensure compliance with the recruitment processes (profile requirements, background check, documentation, etc.).SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:NoneJob Qualifications:REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Skills:Technical skillsKnowledge in IT Industry, understanding of the business, the external market, and trends.General knowledge in IT profiles (Infrastructure, Dev, PMO, QA, Cybersecurity, Engineering, etc.).Sourcing techniques (e.G., social media recruiting and Boolean search).General knowledge of the recruitment life cycle and previous experience as a user of any ATS.Ability to work in a results-oriented atmosphere.Ability to understand and successfully develop partnerships with customers and peers.Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.Able to work under pressure.Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.Excellent problem-solving skills.Languages:High English Proficiency (written and spoken), capable of delivering presentations and coordinating work teams in English.Experience:4+ years of managerial experience within HR Service Center or Talent acquisition preferred.Education:Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
