You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and matching candidates to open requisitions. You will guide hiring managers on candidate sourcing, recruitment channels and market conditions, and develop a thorough understanding of the business.This is an opportunity to work as part of a talented human resources team and build your recruiting skills. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for identifying talent, who thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Develop recruiting specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting strategy.Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions.Team closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting within that context.Actively pursue all channels (Internet, networking, print media, etc.) to form a knowledge base of where to find the best candidates for each particular role.Maximize direct hiring.Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to close candidates.Develop and manage a network of recruitment and referral sources including colleges, professional associations, vendors/agencies to assist in identifying job candidates.Manage data integrity within applicant tracking system, ensuring timely entry within database.Counsel hiring managers in interview process/skills to ensure compliance and minimize risk factors.Provide the highest level of customer service and give each applicant a positive interviewing experience.Manage social presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, other job boards, and social sites.Represent the organization at hiring events.Assist in the creation of offer letters and contracts.Provide ongoing support and communication to applicants and new hires throughout their onboarding process.Assist with other special projects (as needed).At WorldStrides, the experience is everything.
