**Job Summary**:
This is an opportunity to work as part of a talented human resources team and build your recruiting skills. We are looking for individuals with a keen eye for identifying talent, who thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop recruiting specifications with hiring manager and facilitate recruiting strategy.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned requisitions
- Team closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamic and culture for purposes of recruiting within that context
- Maximize direct hiring
- Manage data integrity within applicant tracking system, ensuring timely entry within database
- Counsel hiring managers in interview process/skills to ensure compliance and minimize risk factors
- Provide the highest level of customer service and give each applicant a positive interviewing experience
- Manage social presence on LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Facebook, other job boards, and social sites
- Represent the organization at hiring events
- Assist in the creation of offer letters and contracts
- Provide ongoing support and communication to applicants and new hires throughout their on-boarding process
- Assist with other special projects (as needed)

**Requirements**:
- College Degree preferred (Fields related to education, communication or human resources preferred)
- Impeccable communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and English
- Passionate about building a talented team to deliver our programs
- Keen attention to detail

- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrated desire to win. Doing whatever it takes to get the job done and meet deadlines and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with web-based interviewing, applicant tracking systems (preferred)
