Job Responsibilities:Collaborates with HR team and leaders to design and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent.Conducts interviews and screens potential candidates to ensure they align with the job profile and requirements.Manages databases to track trends and propose improvement actions for the recruitment process.Creates, posts, and updates job listings across various platforms and social media channels to attract the right candidates.Develops and manages targeted advertising campaigns to promote job openings and reach a wider audience.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.2 years of experience in a similar role.Experience in high-volume recruitment for direct staff.Experience with TRESS system.Onboarding experience.Proactive and results-oriented.80% conversational and written English proficiency.#J-18808-Ljbffr
