**Job Description**:- Job Description- May utilize the services of employment agencies- Places employment ads in appropriate sources, including the Internet and print media- Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process, including EEO statistics- May recruit from colleges, technical schools and job fairs- Required profile:- Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required.- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.- Bachelor's Degree required.- 3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting- Knowledge in recruiting processes including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
