Your role will ensure we attract and retain top-tier talent who will contribute to our innovation and excellence mission.Key ResponsibilitiesLead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and attract world-class talent.Use Textio to build job descriptions that achieve a 90% score, ensuring they are exceptionally engaging and inclusive.Craft and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates on platforms like Eightfold and LinkedIn Recruiter.Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes effectively.Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' abilities and fit for the role.Promote Micron's reputation as a great place to work through positive candidate interactions and communications.Gain a comprehensive understanding of the performance indicators required for the position while closely following important measurements.Stay informed about new technological trends and products to improve recruiting strategies.Support recruiting for multiple locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.Desired QualificationsDemonstrable track record as a Recruiter with experience in the semiconductor industry.Experience recruiting highly skilled engineers and technicians for semiconductors or related industries.Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles clearly and effectively.Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and within the talent acquisition team.Proficiency in MS Office and modern Applicant Tracking Systems.Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms, ensuring a proactive approach to finding the best talent.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field of study.A combination of experience and education (without a degree) will also be considered.Join us at Micron and help us achieve our vision of innovation and excellence.
