You'll be responsible for full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, and onboarding new hires. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, including experience with talent management, relationship management, and providing/improving the candidate experience. Knowledge of employment labor laws, research techniques, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS software is also essential. The ability to effectively screen candidates, conduct interviews, and provide guidance to hiring managers is crucial for success in this role.JOB DUTIESConduct research to identify potential candidates for job openings.Utilize various methods for lead generation, such as online job boards and social media platforms.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.Gather, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.Special projects as requested by Human Resources Director.REQUIREMENTSProficient in English; Verbal and Written.3+ years of experience in recruiting with a proven track record of full-lifecycle recruiting, experience within agency recruiting is preferred but not required.Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.Proficiency in research techniques for candidate sourcing.Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as ADP.Excellent relationship management skills.Solid understanding of human resources principles and practices.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
