Juan Gil Preciado 2450-Nave 1, Los Robles, 45134 Zapopan, Jal., MexicoSUMMARY OF THE POSITIONThe Recruiter is critical to the success of the Human Resources Department and will exemplify Amphenol Network Solutions' core values every day. Under the supervision of the HR Manager, you will oversee all talent acquisition activities. You are people-oriented and act as the main point of contact for all job applicants. The recruiter may also support the HR team in other areas as needed.QUALITY POLICYAmphenol Network Solutions is committed to delivering an extraordinary experience that meets or exceeds the requirements and satisfaction of our customers, continuously improving the effectiveness of our Quality Management System.ESSENTIAL OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Maintain job postings on internal and external websites.- Maintains hiring tracking and Personnel Action Requests (PARs) related to job openings.- Oversee talent attraction methods including social media, job fairs, and other platforms.- Attends off-site hiring events as needed.- Organizes internal hiring events as need.- Work closely with hiring managers to establish unique recruitment processes for openings.- Oversee recruitment and selection of personnel for both Direct and Indirect Labor positions.- Initiate employee personnel files by collecting required new hire documents (employment contracts, CIF, contact info, ID, Education, etc.)- Coordinate psychometric and medical testing required for the hiring process.- Participate in onboarding and orientation of all new hires.- Maintains reporting of hiring and turnover analytics.- Maintain job descriptions for all positions.- Assist in maintaining and communicating proper hiring/recruitment policies.- Provide proper training for hiring managers on hiring/recruitment policies and porper interviewing.- Assist during TL 9000 and ISO 14001 audits.- Assist in HR Generalist activities as needed.**Integral System**:- Follow and comply with the guidelines established for the control and management of chemicals and hazardous waste.- Follow the guidelines established in the procedures for the proper functioning of the integral system.- Stop your process or activity that affects the operation of the Environmental, Quality and OAS Management System.- Communicate with the EHS and Quality department to review and identify the environmental aspects and legal requirements applicable to new projects (applies to any changes in the process).SKILLS AND/OR EXPERIENCE- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and selection of operational and administrative positions- 1-2 years as a human resources generalist- Strong written and verbal English skills are required to be able to conduct interviews for English-speaking required positions.- Experience in the electronics industry is strongly preferred
