We are an "Executive Assistant Agency" that matches elite founders and executives to world-class EAs.In this particular role, you will be paired (full-time) with a CEO of a startup [does]**Schedule**:Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST**Pay Range**:- $800-$1500 monthly based on experience**Duties and Responsibilities**- **Develop and Refine Recruitment Systems and SOPs**:- **Manage End-to-End Recruiting Process**:- **Create and Maintain Talent Pipelines**:- **Collaborate with Leadership**:- **Implement Data-Driven Recruitment Practices**:- **Oversee Onboarding Processes**:**Requirements**:**Qualifications**:- Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or agency environment- Proven track record of successfully hiring for remote roles, particularly executive assistants- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred- C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken**Skills**:- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal- Advanced proficiency in tools like G Suite, Notion, and ATS platforms (experience with ChatGPT is a plus)- Strong organizational and project management abilities- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and improving recruitment metrics- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously- High level of professionalism, discretion, and cultural sensitivity**Technical Requirements**:- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.- A modern computer or laptop with a multi-core processor (Intel i5 or higher/equivalent).- Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet.- A noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear communication.
