RECRUITER (BILINGUAL)- Human Resources (HR)Key responsibilities and must-have-skills:- Demonstrate proficiency in posting job opportunities on various social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.- Utilize applicant tracking systems and reporting tools to manage applicants, positions, and generate insightful reports.- Showcase an excellent working knowledge of Internet research techniques, encompassing search engines, major job boards, industry sites, and resume databases.- Demonstrate hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.Qualifications:- Bilingual English/Spanish- Minimum of three years of proven experience in recruiting legal and administrative professionals.- Three years of successful track record in posting jobs on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.- Strong written and oral communication skills.- Remote work experience is essential.- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-timeWork Location: Remote
