Recruiter Jr

You will work on a variety of different positions within the organization to help support our technology recruiting efforts.
You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders across various departments and have a "hands-on" approach to attracting, assessing and hiring the best talent.
We are looking for someone that will thrive in an innovative fast-paced environment, is a team player, will work hard, have fun and get the job done.
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the cycle recruitment process for all type of positions including sourcing, screening.
- Use your "always be recruiting" attitude to introduce people to the company from online channels, referrals, hiring platforms, etc.
- Assist with posting detailed job descriptions on our careers page & outside job boards including LinkedIn, Workable, etc.
**Requirements**:

- Recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field
- Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Passion and ability to help build diverse teams
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus
