As an Expert Associate in our Experts practice, you will play an instrumental role in connecting our clients with thought leaders in the healthcare & life sciences sector.Your day-to-day activities will include: owning incoming Expert recruitment requests from our premier clients, assessing client scopes and building a recruitment strategy to meet our clients' knowledge needs, and building relationships with our Experts (including onboarding, ongoing communication, scheduling for Expert engagements, and any other needs as they arise).Desired Skills:Comfortable operating in a high throughput, KPI-centric environment with competing priorities.Accountability for positive Client and Expert outcomes.Exceptional interpersonal skills and enjoy spontaneous interactions.Critical thinking and solution-orientation.Curiosity about the healthcare & life sciences sector and desire to grow your subject matter expertise.Comfortable negotiating and networking with established healthcare professionals.Must Haves:Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) from accredited university or higher.Eligibility to work in market for which you're applying.English language fluency.
