We have endless exciting problems to solve and we only use the best and latest technology.Vacancy: Recruiter Specialist**Main duties**- Update job descriptions and specifications according to needs.- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, colleges, social media, etc.- Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.- Promote company's reputation as "best place to work."- Coordinate interviews withing the team and follow up process.**Position requirements**- 3+ years of proven work experience as Recruiter, international experience is a plus.- 3+ years of experience with mass recruitment.- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency -based, stress, etc).- Hands on experience in with various selection process (video interview/reference check/technical assessments, etc).- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, CMS.- Hands-on experience with IT recruiting.- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.- Professional English skills.- 6 days a week working schedule.**Benefits**:- 100% remote job, no need to commute to our office.- Earn high commissions based on KPI's- Collaborate with a multi-cultural team members.- Constantly challenge, great place to learn and growth.- BASE SALARY MXN: $14,000-16,000mxn + KPI_**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Home Office
