As a recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining resumes, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the talent acquisition manager and assist with all recruiting-related duties.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch, and screen applicants, conduct interviews, and arrange interviews with the senior teamIdentifying suitable consultants that meet client requirementsProactively build relationships with internal stakeholdersMaintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective consultantsConduct job interviews to ensure candidates' skills and qualifications match the job requirementsRespond quickly and accurately to hiring manager requirementsEnsure client and candidate management tools are used effectively and efficiently within the team and across the company for knowledge-sharingLiaise with candidates to ensure they are fully advised on processes and progress, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experienceConduct high-quality recruitment campaignsEffectively demonstrate "best practices" and promote brand awarenessProvide necessary support to talent acquisition managerAdditional duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications/ Relevant ExperienceMinimum 5 years experience in recruitment or similar roleBilingual English - SpanishFamiliarity with the entire recruitment lifecycleExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent IT skills – Excel/Word/PowerPointFamiliarity with any ATS, LinkedIn, and job boardsExperience in consultancy and/or construction and engineering profilesExcellent interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills.Driven, enthusiastic, and committed to continued professional developmentAble to form and build good client relationships and work well in a team settingDemonstrates a high degree of personal integrity, tact, and discretionAnalytical, commercially aware, and fantastic attention to detailAbility to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Self-starter - Ability to work with deadlines with excellent time management skills but adaptable when requiredWell organized, meticulous in approach, and strives for continuous improvementActively promote and work Soben's company valuesOrganized and detail oriented
