**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Serve as the primary recruiter for specific roles within the organization, understanding the specific requirements and nuances of each position.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best recruitment practices, and incorporate relevant knowledge into recruitment strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development.
- Demonstrable sales recruitment experience and success in a related position.
- Experience working with Greenhouse.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Spanish.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive and effective relationships.
- Ability to work in collaborative teams.
