Review and analyze the data and identify trends - communicate findings to the HR and Resourcing Leadership.**What we need from you**Education- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.Experience- 2 to 5 years HR, Recruiting and/or Sourcing related experience with demonstrated technical proficiency related to the position. Prefer experience in a recruiting/resourcing functions.Technical Skills and Knowledge- Knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local employment laws.- Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills.- Effective analytical/assessment skills and strong consultative skills to advise and guide hiring managers/applicants.- In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems - strongly prefer Oracle/Taleo experience.- Strong understanding and experience delivering in a high touch, high service resourcing function.
