Recruiting And Operations Specialist

Providencia, Guadalajara, Mexico. Salary Range: $1,300 to $2,000 USD per month. If you've recruited before (and if not, don't worry), you already know what it's about: keeping clients happy and making hires. All thanks to your excellent people and organizational skills. Here, you'll do the same thing—your clients will be industrial companies across the U.S., and your candidates will be industrial workers.

You'll work in a nice office in Providencia (iOS Offices) alongside a team of about 7 people who will be doing the same thing as you (a whole team to help you out), but by the end of the year, the team will double in size (14 people).

This rapid growth also brings the possibility of getting promoted much faster than usual, even before the year ends (one of the perks of working at a startup, plus receiving company stock, and others).

Don't worry too much about the requirements—If you've never recruited before, that's okay too—we'll train you. If you're bilingual and enjoy working with people or have worked at a call center or a similar customer service role, we wanna hear from you.
