Recruiting Assistant

Department: Human Resources

Status: Part-time Exempt

Location: all of Mexico and other business entities

Reports to: Recruiting Manager

Supervises: N/A

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
General Duties

Recruiting
- Support the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities
- Help organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and career days

Qualifications including Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace specifically Gmail, Excel/Google Sheets & Word/Google Docs
- Strong organization, communication, computer skills
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Must be willing to work both independently and in a team atmosphere

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative roles is a plus.

Language Skills:
Bilingual English and Spanish
