Talent Acquisition Partners and this team provides recruiting support for production and salaried management/support roles across the United States.
This position ensures all responsibilities within the recruiting and pre-employment processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with U.S. country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.What You Will Do:Provide administrative assistance to the U.S. recruiting team including but not limited to activities that will range from pre-employment processes to managing documentation for prospective candidates, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, creating job postings and generating required letters, etc.Initiate and monitor pre-employment background screening and medical processes.Manage pre-employment process and maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.Participate in weekly meetings with the medical team to review and update candidate pre-employment medical screening status.Receive and process the requisitions for hiring contingent workers, ensuring proper compliance procedures are followed.Manage the incoming requisitions in Workday to accurately assign the appropriate Recruiter in a timely manner.Communicate professionally and timely with internal and external candidates and hiring managers.What You Will Have:(Basic Qualifications)English Language: Advanced English language skills in reading, writing and speaking are required for this position.
All daily tasks, meetings and written communications are conducted in English.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office: (Word and Excel)Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified employees, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision
