This position ensures all responsibilities within the recruiting and pre-employment processes are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with U.S. country-specific governmental regulations and professional standards and practices.What You Will Do:- Initiate and monitor pre-employment background screening and medical processes.- Manage pre-employment process and maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits.- Receive and process the requisitions for hiring contingent workers, ensuring proper compliance procedures are followed- Manage the incoming requisitions in Workday to accurately assign the appropriate Recruiter in a timely mannerWhat You Will Have: (Basic Qualifications)English Language: Advanced English language skills in reading, writing and speaking are required for this position.
