Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) sources and hires top talent for American Express.**How will you make an impact in this role?**The **LACC Director of Recruitment** role is an exciting opportunity to be a member of the GTA Team. The role is based in Mexico City (remit includes Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Canada) and reports directly into the VP of Global Talent Acquisition for the Americas. As the Director of Recruitment, you leverage your fundamental experience in leadership to oversee a professional team of talent acquisition partners, sourcers and coordinators to motivate them to drive results to the next level. You are responsible for working directly with CEG colleagues and business leaders to understand business priorities, hiring volumes, initiatives, and leverage these insights to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support hiring needs across your remit.In this role, you will collaborate closely with CEG colleagues and business leaders to understand business priorities, hiring volumes, and initiatives.
