**About the Position**:
- Direct and supervise the recruitment team, ensuring optimal performance and achievement of objectives.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, especially in the sales area.
- Stay updated with labor market trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all aspects of recruitment.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment within the recruitment team.
**What We Are Looking For**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment roles, with at least 3 years managing teams.
- Proven experience in hiring sales profiles.
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong results orientation and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
