.Your JobThe LATAM Koch Recruiting Team is looking to hire a Recruiting Manager based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, who will be accountable as supervisor of a total team (4 recruiters and coordinators) that will work on professional and operational recruiting supporting Molex (a Koch Company).As a Recruiting Manager, you will help your employees develop and maximize their contributions in recruiting operations by applying PBM (Principle Based Management) our company principle framework. You will help guide and develop a recruiting capability, partnering with Molex Guad Sur Division (Transportation Solutions & Connected Mobility Solutions) to create effective recruiting strategies aligned to business needs. You will also facilitate and lead key initiatives and projects, in alignment with Koch Recruiting vision, with the recruiting team and Molex Guad Sur Division.What You Will DoHire, develop and retain contribution motivated employees with a diversity of aptitudes so your team's culture exemplifies Our Principle Based Management Values.Lead a Koch Recruiting team by example. Provide individual coaching, mentorship, guidance, and career development, helping your team learn what they are and aren't good at, so they can self-actualize and increase their contributions.Ensure team is connected to the overall Koch Recruiting Vision and Priorities of how we create value for Koch Businesses.Develop and maintain relationships internally with key business partners (Molex Business HR, Molex Business Leaders & Hiring Supervisors, Compliance & Legal) to understand business objectives to attract, identify and enable the Molex to select and hire contribution motivated individuals with the correct knowledge to help transform and achieve business results.Identify opportunities to transform our recruiting operations and help the company and others do the same.Enable, lead, and drive utilization of ATS technology (Avature), recruiting metrics and market data to allow our recruiting team to focus on the highest value work and be influential and strategic business partners.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Demonstrated motivations and experience leading, directing and coaching a team.Clear motivations for consulting on and developing proactive manufacturing recruitment strategies (professional hiring and technical/direct labor hiring).Experience with service delivery, specifically cultivating and maintaining strong strategic partnerships with key business partners.Clear evidence of leading large projects, and agile professional recruiting initiatives.Significant experience influencing and collaborating with leaders and business partners across various disciplines, capabilities, and geographies.Strong analytical capability, with the ability to create, measure, and track analytics to drive decisions.Fluency in English
