This is a full-time remote role based in the United States.
**What you'll do**:- You will be the key point of contact for pre-hire onboarding questions and escalate any issues to other team members, if appropriate.- You will partner closely with other teams to ensure a seamless new hire transition.- You will document, maintain and communicate any relevant processes to Recruiting team members.- You will identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging systems and tools to automate and eliminate manual work where possible.
