As part of the Americas Recruiting team, this critical HR Intern Project role will report in the Americas Recruiting & Onboarding Leader and will be responsible for driving strategic projects from across the Global Recruiting Diversity and Culture organization. These projects will have global impact and exposure to a broad team of partners and stakeholders at multiple levels of the Human Resources community.

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Manages project lifecycle from strategy development to implementation.
- Provides support to identify best-in-class recruiting practices and identify new training opportunities.
- Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to accomplish project goals.
- Contributes to the development of strategy for projects that impact our HR community.
- Develops and or assists with development of new methods and processes for improving operations.
- Helps ensure alignment of project priorities with HP business strategy.
- Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives.
**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Enrolled in University - with career related to Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Communication Science & Education or related to HR.
**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Intermediate project management
- Intermediate research & analytical skills.
- Intermediate facilitation and consulting skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
- English proficiency needs to be at 85% written & communication.
